Overview

The HomeBuilder3 Valuations System integrates with the Estimating, Buying and Subcontractor modules.  It also links with industry standard accounting system cost ledgers.

The Valuations module provides a user friendly means for speedy development set-up and the processing of all information required to provide full valuation reports and tracking of variances.

The procedure for processing valuations is clearly laid out on screen in a step by step easy to follow sequence.

An extensive suite of valuation reports is available within the system including facilities to:

 

  • Provides both condensed and detailed valuation summary reports with the costs also broken down into house-build, plot development, external development, site overhead and site marketing sections.
  • Provides detailed cost/value reconciliation reports with drill down.
  • Provides detailed valuation analysis to cost code within construction stage level to help easily identify variances.
  • Provides a budget Vs actual cost comparison at plot level (requires Straker Buying system module).
